Introducing Mindfulness is an evidence-based course which offers a brief taste of mindfulness practice and the theory behind it.
We will explore some key mindfulness themes and practices in ways that may support you in everyday life and work.
It is delivered in an accessible format through 3 weekly one hour sessions. The course is taught live on Zoom.
You will also be invited to do a short daily ‘home practice’ of 10-15 minutes each day to help support your learning. Full course resources
