Midweek Meditation

Join with others to share a 30 minute guided meditation and short reflective talk lead by a qualified mindfulness teacher. Sessions take place once a fortnight on Wednesday mornings. See below for 2023 dates:

About the event

I am excited to announce that my free monthly drop-in  meditation session is becoming a more regular feature and will now take  place once a fortnight at the new breakfast-time slot of 8.30 CET on a  Wednesday morning.

If you are a regular you can join on the same link and  if you are new you can find the Zoom link below along with the dates and times, up to end June 2023.

Each session we meet for 30 minutes for a short mindfulness teaching and a longer guided practice. I look forward to seeing you there.
