Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is one of the most rigorously researched mindfulness-based courses on offer. 

MBSR is an 8-week experiential, group-based programme and each session includes guided mindfulness meditations, movement practices and group discussion.

 

We also explore theories to help us understand stress, anxiety and low mood.  This can help us shift from reacting to the stress in our lives to responding with awareness and choice.
