Service Description

A Discovery Session offers an opportunity to experience for yourself our Realise blend of Equine Facilitated Learning, Mindfulness and Coaching. Join me and the herd to discover your equine equilibrium. During the Discovery session, there will be an opportunity for you to: • Pause, reflect and unwind in nature • Learn some simple mindfulness techniques for everyday life • Meet and connect with the wise and gentle equine members of our herd • Choose a companion in the herd to support your journey of discovery Please note, although the above areas encompass the themes commonly explored during the session, each programme is individually tailored to the needs of the unique client. Therefore, content may vary from the above based on your unique needs.

Cancellation Policy

Conditions: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required in the event of cancellation of the event or programme. In the event that the programme is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% payment will be required. If the cancellation is received with less than 24 hours’ notice, then full payment will be required. If the cancellation is due to medical reasons and a medical certificate is provided, then a refund of 90% will be given within 7 days. Individual sessions which are part of an ongoing programme may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice by agreement. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be changed and treated as lost if part of multi-session programme. Thank you for your understanding.
