EQUI-COACHING PROGRAMMES

A Discovery Session offers a unique blend of Equine Facilitated Learning, Coaching and Mindfulness.

In your Discovery session you will be invited harness your inner horse wisdom to make a transition from doing mode to being.

During the session you will have an opportunity to:

Pause, reflect and unwind by spending time in nature and with our wise and gentle equine herd

Learn some simple grounding techniques for everyday life

Meet and connect with the equine members of the herd

────

Choose a companion horse to support you on your journey of discovery.

Sessions take place next to the beautiful Bambesch forest alongside my gentle herd of equines.

This private session can be scheduled to suit your diary.

Cost?

A 2 hour private Equine Facilitated Learning session is €160

Building on the Body Based Awareness skills learnt in your Discovery session, you will embark on a six-session personal journey with the herd

During the programme you will have an opportunity to:

Engage - connect through ancient wisdom and practical activities to build trust and relationship with the herd

Question - identify your signature strengths, explore patterns in your life story and recognise limiting beliefs

Unlock - harness your authentic personal power and learn to set clear boundaries

Inhabit - explore the power of embodiment and understand the messages behind your emotions, respond wisely and ‘return to grazing’

Navigate - get clarity on what matters to you and your life's direction.
