Mindfulness

“Now is the future that you promised yourself last year, last month, last week. Now is the only moment you’ll ever really have. Mindfulness is about waking up to this.”, Prof. Mark Williams

Mindfulness invites us to find more ease in our daily lives.  Many of us spend a lot of time in our heads, thinking, planning, ruminating on the past.  Mindfulness invites us to literally come back to our senses, learning to pay more consistent and kind attention to our present moment experience.

Through patience, practice and the support and guidance of an experienced teacher, this shift in our way of being can help us to relate more kindly to ourselves and others and connect more with the moments of appreciation and joy in our lives.

Here is what recent participants have to share about their experience:

"Very professional and knowledgeable trainer delivering the programme in a very empathic and kind way helping you to find a more sustainable and enjoyable life style. Also so good to learn from the other participants in the group and also to share a good laugh every now and then."
