Mindfulness
“Now is the future that you promised yourself last year, last month, last week. Now is the only moment you’ll ever really have. Mindfulness is about waking up to this.”, Prof. Mark Williams
Mindfulness invites us to find more ease in our daily lives. Many of us spend a lot of time in our heads, thinking, planning, ruminating on the past. Mindfulness invites us to literally come back to our senses, learning to pay more consistent and kind attention to our present moment experience.
Through patience, practice and the support and guidance of an experienced teacher, this shift in our way of being can help us to relate more kindly to ourselves and others and connect more with the moments of appreciation and joy in our lives.
